I’ve bought from this brand before and usually really like their stuff, so I was disappointed with this one. I ordered the bag thinking it was going to be a warm tan like it looked on the site, but when it arrived it was much darker and had this orange tone to it. It wasn’t just a slight difference in lighting, it felt like a completely different colour.
I wanted to love it because I’ve had good experiences with the brand in the past, but this definitely made me hesitate about ordering again. Customer photos would have helped a lot, because if the colour had been shown more accurately, I wouldn’t have picked it. Frustrating

The bag itself is really lovely, lovely quality and exactly what I wanted. But the delivery was a bit of a mess, it arrived late and I had no updates for days, so I was just left waiting and wondering.

I contacted customer service about a billing issue last Tuesday and I’m still waiting for a proper reply. I’ve had a couple of vague messages, but nothing that actually sorts it out. Every time I think we’re getting somewhere, it feels like the goalposts move again and I’m back to explaining the same thing. Really frustrating it seems like no one is properly checking the messages.

I bought a Beara Beara bag last year, it still looks nice if you’re not looking too closely. But the corners have worn down faster than I expected, especially for the price. The leather does feel good and the stitching is mostly fine, so it’s not like it’s a bad bag. I just expected it to hold up a bit better. I haven’t bothered reaching out to customer service because, based on past experiences with brands, I don’t really trust that they’d do much besides give me a generic response. Overall, it’s fine, but I wouldn’t call it amazing.

Overall, it just didn’t feel good enough compared to what most places manage these days

I got a Beara Beara bag for work it’s a really good size. Bags like this always look like they won’t fit much, but somehow this one takes my laptop, charger, notebook, and a few random bits without turning into a bulky mess. I do wish it had one more inside pocket because I feel like every work bag needs that, but overall I’m really happy with how much it holds

The only downside was that delivery took a little longer than I thought it would. That said, I did get updates along the way, so I wasn’t left wondering where it was. When it arrived, the packaging looked tidy and the bag was in great condition.

I bought a leather bag from Beara Beara after a friend recommended them, it really does feel like genuine leather rather than that cheap fake stuff. The smell, stitching, and weight all seem spot on, and it looked pretty much like the photos online. Delivery took a little longer than I was hoping, but I’m still really happy with it overall.
